If you are using tampons or organic products for the first time, we recommend starting with Regular.

Always choose the lowest absorbency suitable for your flow and change tampons regularly.

Absorbency guide:

HOW TO USE

A tampon is inserted into the vagina, where it absorbs menstrual flow. Always choose the lowest absorbency suitable for your flow and change tampons regularly, every 4–8 hours. Each box of Gentle Day® tampons includes detailed instructions for safe use. Please read them carefully, especially if you are using tampons for the first time. Important information The use of tampons has been associated with toxic shock syndrome (TSS), a rare but serious condition. Following the recommended usage instructions and changing tampons regularly helps reduce risks. After use, wrap the tampon in toilet paper and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush. Dispose of the empty packaging in the appropriate waste container.
