Peel the wrapper, centre the pad on your underwear with the wider side at the back, press down and secure the wings. Dispose in a waste bin after use.

First time trying these but they work very well. They are thin but very absorbent, more absorbent than thicker normal pads, so you can use them for longer and not have to worry about leaking. The only downside to them is that they are quite expensive.
This was my first time trying the organic pads and I am in love!! They are so thin and you can hardly feel them. There is no odor and you are fresh all day.

The pads are long enough to ensure the is no leakage. It holds up for a long time without an awful smell.
Please increase the pads to 10 atleast, 6 is not enough will be able to change the pad twice a day. One a day is doable is just that some of us are hygiene freaks
