Since my early teens till now in my mid 20s I used Lil-Lets pads and experienced the most awful skin irritation and PH imbalance every month.

First time trying these but they work very well. They are thin but very absorbent, more absorbent than thicker normal pads, so you can use them for longer and not have to worry about leaking. The only downside to them is that they are quite expensive.
