Remove the pad from the wrapper and place it onto clean, dry underwear before bedtime or during heavy flow days. Replace as needed to maintain freshness and comfort. Dispose of used pads in a waste bin. Do not flush.

I’ve tried every single pad on the market as a heavy flow girly - after using gentle day, for the first time in over 15 years I slept through an entire night with no irritation or leakage. It is absolutely amazing how absorbent the pad is. The comfortability exceeded my expectations. It literally feels like I’m only wearing my underwear. I am truly so impressed by the pads!
Works extremely well. The pad is not only very absorbant but also has a wide enough base (esp in the back) to avoid most spills. The sticky strips are also very good, and the pad doesn't end up folding over itself due to lack of stickiness.

I was rather skeptical when I messaged on IG about having a heavy flow and seeing how this the postpartum pads were. To my surprise l, they were excellent. Very good fit and absorbing pads
The best find ever, been using it for a few years now. I am so much more comfortable and at ease.
The pads are long enough to ensure the is no leakage. It holds up for a long time without an awful smell.
Please increase the pads to 10 atleast, 6 is not enough will be able to change the pad twice a day. One a day is doable is just that some of us are hygiene freaks
