Choosing the Right Tampon Size

Gentle Day® tampons are available in three absorbency levels. If you are using tampons for the first time, we recommend starting with the Regular size. For ongoing use, choose the size that feels most comfortable and matches your flow.

Higher absorbency tampons are designed to absorb more fluid and should be used only when needed.

Tampon sizes & absorbency:

  • Regular – absorbs 6–9 g
  • Super – absorbs 9–12 g
  • Super Plus – absorbs 12–15 g
