Peel off the plastic wrapper, center the pad on your underwear, press it down, and fold the wings underneath. To dispose of: remove the pad from your underwear, wrap it in toilet paper or a pad wrapper, and put it in a waste bin.

I am really so disappointed. These cost so much money that I expected these pads to be phenomenal. Throughout my period I bled through and leaked from the first day until probably day 4. I don't understand why they say the absorbency is so good because for me the blood collects on top on the pad and does not absorb immediately. Any pressure such and sitting down or laying causes the blood to push out to the top bottom or sides of the pad. I have had to wear multiple pads at once just for my peace of mind. One pad the normal way then the liner or teen pad across at the top and the bottom. And even then there is still some leakage at times. It's very disappointing and I feel I have wasted my money. The pads are also not long enough. Other brands at least are longer and absorb immediately so you don't feel uncomfortable like a jellyfish is sitting in your pants. It's the first and last time that I buy these pads.
